Kelsey Asbille Chow, an American actress, gained fame after her appearance on her role in the Disney XD comedy 'Pair of Kings.' Barbara also played a role on Lifetime's Army Wives TV show. Barbara was a guest at The New Theatre Kansas City Missouri in the production Social Security in 2012. The show aired at Jacksonville Florida, USA during the summer of 2014.
